Legless, half-naked man pulled over for DUI
First off, he's legless. Then he's driving under the influence, according to police. Then, to top things off, he's naked from the waist down. After two wrecks within minutes of each other, a 65-year-old Northeastern Ohio guy was pulled over by police, who noticed he wasn't wearing any underwear and his shorts were on the front seat, according to The (Youngstown, Ohio) Vindicator.
