NFL e-mail to all teams: The Diva (Brett Favre) is back
According to Pro Football Weekly, here is the email the NFL forwarded to all 32 teams: “This is to inform you that our office will announce today that Commissioner Goodell will reinstate Brett Favre to the Green Bay Packers’ active roster, effective at noon on Monday, August 4.”
