Army-Navy looking for new playing site

According to the Navy Times, Army and Navy are looking for place to play its football games. For the past 118 years, the game has been played mostly in Philadelphia. Seem like they may be looking for a permanent site. But why not a traveling game? You would have to think every major city in the USA would love to have this game once -- and they would be able to pack the joint. There's talk of possibly having a sponsor for the game.
